Songs from the Black Meadow - Re-launch news - Mega Dodo

In May 2016 - Mega Dodo will be releasing "Songs from the Black Meadow"

All profits from the sales will go to Cancer Research UK.

The record will be available on CD and cassette (with download code) as well as Bandcamp.

There will be a very special relaunch event at May Games 2 at the Half Moon in Putney in May.

"Blackberry Fields" Remix

The incredible "1888" by Kid Moxie has been remixed by various artists from around the world. Of particular interest to our readers will be Dylan Willoughby's fabulous remix of "Blackberry Fields" which you can hear below. Sublime.

The Audire - A Seance at Syd's

Out this month is "Seance at Syd's", an exciting new book by Dave Thompson that features interviews with many Black Meadow contributors including Chris Lambert and Kev Oyston of "The Soulless Party".

For all the Black Meadow completists there is also a newly discovered tale called "The Audire" which is the result of a meeting between Roger Mullins and Syd Barrett in the late 60's. This tale is written by Chris Lambert.
